ART 404 - Drawing IV(4) Drawing projects are student-driven with the goal being the development of ideas through extensive research, exploration and experimentation. Class interactions will involve both informal and formal critiques, time in the studio, and lectures that are specifically focused on an understanding of historical and contemporary artwork and practice. Individual concept and personal direction are emphasized. Included are individual and group critiques and a final oral presentation. For B.A. candidates, this course will be used as preparation for the senior group exhibition. Upon completion B.F.A. students will be prepared to begin their capstone sequence. Prerequisite: ART 305. Fall and Spring.
