Physics Minor

9 additional hours in Physics including one course from:

PHYS 105, 131, and 231 may not be included in these 9 hours.

Additional Information:

Courses required for the minor have prerequisites of MATH 191, 192, 291; and CHEM 132 or a satisfactory score on the Chemistry Placement Examination. Students must earn a minimum 2.00 grade-point-average on all minor courses taken at UNC Asheville. One-half of the hours required for a minor must be completed at UNC Asheville, to include at least 6 semester hours of 300-400 level courses.
