Art with Teacher Licensure (K–12)

Students desiring licensure in K-12 Art must complete the major requirements for either the Bachelor of Arts or the Bachelor of Fine Arts. In addition, they must complete the courses and requirements outlined in the Education section of the catalog and meet with the appropriate advisor in the Education Department.
Students majoring in Art with Teacher Licensure who also want to major in Art History must complete 24 hours of Art History courses that are not used to complete the requirements for the major in Art.
