Psychology

I. Required courses in the major—34-35 hours, including:

• PSYC 101 - General Psychology: Brain and Behavioral Processes (3)
• PSYC 102 - General Psychology: Personality and Social Processes (3)
• PSYC 201 - Research Methods I (3)
• PSYC 202 - Research Methods II (3)

II. Required courses outside major—None

Computer Science courses are recommended.

III. Other departmental requirements:

Students must complete either PSYC 390  or PSYC 412  with a grade of C or higher to demonstrate both major and oral competency in Psychology. Successful completion of PSYC 201  and PSYC 202  fulfills the computer competency requirements for Psychology majors.
