UNIV 120 - NCAA Required First-Year Resources (1)

This course is designed for first-semester student-athletes at UNC Asheville. It ensures that all student-athletes receive education on the NCAA-required core guarantees at UNC Asheville. Topics include mental health, belonging, career preparation, strength and conditioning, academic support services, sexual violence prevention, transfer requirements, nutrition, Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, and drug and alcohol safety. This course is graded on a Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory (S/U) basis. Fall and Spring.
