GRK 315, 316 - Topics in Texts and Genres (4, 4) Greek texts from all periods are read and discussed. Courses will include authentic voices of underrepresented groups whenever possible, and will seek to illuminate principles of translation, performance, and literary criticism. Authors and works from the medieval and contemporary world may also be included. Course may be repeated as subject matter changes. Course uses materials in the original language and has a prerequisite of GRK 102 or permission of department chair. Fall and Spring.
