ECE 310 - Design of Complex Digital Systems (3)

Design principles for complex digital systems. Decomposition of functional and interface specifications into block-diagrams and simulation with hardware description languages. Synthesis of gate-level descriptions from register-transfer level descriptions. Design and test of increasingly complex systems. Prerequisites: grade of C- or better in ECE 212. Spring.
